During the first 21 days of this package we will focus on breaking those bad habits. We’re not just talking sticking your hand in the cookie jar for a midnight snack… we’re also talking those unhealthy lifestyle habits (ya know, staying up way later than you should because you’re glued to the new Netflix original show or reaching for that third drink..when you knew you shouldn’t have even had the first…) We all have some bad habits we need to kick!
After the first 21 days, I will continue to be here to guide you but you will start to create new healthy habits on your own!
