I’ve been trying to get more healthy fats into my diet to help me gain weight and muscle. One of the best ways to get healthy fat is from avocados! You can add avocado to almost any meal but I wanted to incorporated it into my diet in other ways as well. Using avocado in smoothies changes the consistency to make it more like a milkshake, yum!

Ingredients:

2 cups pineapple

half an avocado

1 cup almond milk

1/2 a banana

1/2 cup strawberries

Simply blend all the ingredients together. To make it less thick, add more almond milk.
