I offer consultations, meal plans, shopping lists, meal prep schedules and more. I believe a primarily plant-based diet is ideal for longevity, but I also help clients figure out ways to incorporate healthy and healing animal-based foods into their diet.
While many other health and wellness coaches, programs, diets, etc. follow a type of formula, I choose to work closely with my clients and look at specific factors in their diet and lifestyle that are either contributing to their health and happiness, or building unhealthy habits and disease. This means that my coaching is unique to each client.
Aside from one-on-one coaching, I also offer a few different group coaching and DIY packages that are aimed at achieving a specific goal (such as transitioning to a vegetarian diet, treating symptoms of depression and more). These packages are designed to help you get started down the path to a healthy and happy lifestyle, but do not include one-on-one coaching calls, follow ups, etc.
